Am i the only one finding this ridiculous? I've started watching ep 2 and had to stop. It's just too lame.
Tbh, I've watched SMTM 3, 4 and currently watching 5, and every single season I have had tons of cringe moments or secondhand embarrassment.
I still keep watching tho. I like the performances and getting to know new artists. These rappers don't have as much exposure like kpop idols have, so this program is a great opportunity for them.

It's not meant to be scary like a horror movie, bird box is more like a thriller.
To be honest, the concept was great for the book, as a reader you're as blind as the characters and that creates a thrilling atmosphere. Bird Box as a movie is a bit contradicting in my opinion, and fails to deliver the same suspense.
I've read that the last season of SMTM does things differently, so maybe it will be more to your liking. ^^
