What a wonderful cast! Based on the 1995 novels by Xi Juan - 'Wrong Carriage, Right Groom' & 'Please Tolerate a Bit'. As the title notes there is a mix up of brides & palanquins - each going to a different far away town. Additionally neither bride wants to be married to someone she has never met. Miss Li Yu Hu (played by our favorite Ms.Tian Xi Wei) - the daughter of a dojo teacher is supposed to marry General Yuan Bu Qu (played by the tall & handsome actor Mr. Zhao Shun Ran - General Shi Jin in 'A Girl Like Me') - who already has 2 dead wives! The elegant & well educated Miss Du Bing Yan - (played by young actress Ms. Bai Bing Ke ) is supposed to marry Young Master Qi Tian Lei - the 'sickly' 3rd and only surviving son of the Qi business family (played by the darling Mr. Ao Rui Peng - Lei Wu Jie in 'The Blood of Youth' & Yan Yan in 'A Female Student Arrives at the Imperial College'). Fate intervenes & each bride goes to the wrong town. Miss Du is sent to the General's house but he is at the front lines. She runs away trying to find him in order to fix the mix up. Meanwhile Young Master Qi mistakenly marries the spunky Miss Li Yu Hu. They are 'stuck' with each other as danger lurks in the Qi mansion! Support roles include Mr. Zhan Yu (Miss the Dragon & The Autumn Ballad), Ms. Juan Zi (Empress Shen in The Story of Ming Lan), Ms. Zhang Yang (FL Liu Ru Yan in Princess Secret Service). And many more veteran actors & actresses.

Might be as late as August 2023. The wrap up party shoot was posted last August (2022). How long do post production and final editing take?
