Yeah, the fangirls were creepy indeed. There is nothing good in that part of the fandom, they are just too much. I actually don't like when people fangirl like that about real couples, it's too much for me, totally insane..
I don't know did you read the novels, but the cast totally fits characters: Wayo: short, sassy, not hot but adorable…
I have to totally disagree with you, sorry xD I was really interested in this serie since the first announcement and I waited and follow all the casting process. I know how the charachters should look like and I was incredibly disappointed with all the ones chosen. Bas and Copter are not cute at all and totally unattractive for me (I was incredibly surprised by the casting of Bas... I remember that at the time no one likes him basically.. most of the candidates were way better and he had really little points when fans had to voting. Same for Copter as I said. He is totally not cute for me as the charachter should be. Gxxod was a good casting choice for me until I saw him acting... so no, it was not a good choice xD Kimmon is probably the only one that I kinda like. I can see that he is the oldest, he is the only one that really understand his charachters and try to give life to him and he did a good job. Tae is not handsome at all for me so I don't like that casting either but he has some charme so he was not so bad. Tee was an ok choice for me until I saw his performance.. he was even more ankward than Gxood for me, all the times he make a joke was so forced and fake and ankward, I think he was totally not a good choice.
So yeah, if the rumors about the authors hating the cast is true I totally understand her and feel the same. But overall I totally understand the rage of the whole fandom too, like this is a total mess and it is not fair, not for the fan but not for the actors too that don't deserve this, no one of them. I'm sure they had some issues if they want to change them all but they should have been honest from the start. And now they should not start from season 2 in my opinion but do a season 1 again and maybe improve the writing also that was kinda bad too in my opinion.
I don't know how, but I finished it!! It was really hard, incredibly hard. Especially the last 3-4 episode. I heard some people saying that first half of the season was really good but I totally disagree. First Episode gave me some good make it right vibes, it seemes a silly romcom with a hearth to don't take too seriously. But already from episode 2 it started to go down. The pacing was a real mess and so the charachters and so the relationship. I just don't get most of the relationship, like they throw some info to the watchers somethimes but always in a really fast and superficial way and everything felt always so incredibly fake. At a point in the story, something like episode 3 and 5 I tought ok there is no plot at all but we have lot of fluff. Then the fluff disappear and comes the random angst. Crazy Evil Mothers, Studying Abroad, An illness that is... well potentially dangerous but it's not? A car incident... whoa what an ugly mess!! And the commercials... I tought that in Kiss me Again and Sotus S they really exaggerate but in here is even worst, to the point that somethimes it seemed really a long commercial and not a serie. I really can't believe that GMMTV did this thing after Sotus. Yes, Sotus S and Waterboyy were not perfect as BL but they had many good things also. But this is just terrible. In everything.
Am I the only one that thinks the first episode was terrible?? Boring as hell and with such an ankward silly comedy... all the fangirl thing is almost offensive... I'm really disappointed and my expectations were really low..
OK I'M LITTLE disapointed...I love AE&PETE but we have 3 other couples. They have only 3 minutes in the episode…
I tink the answer is really simple. Ae and Pete (and Pond) are the main charachter of the first novel. Tin and Can are probably more important in the second one and I guess their story will start to be important from this second half of the season. Kengkla and Techno appear in the novel of Ae and Pete but have their own book so their story will be probably in second season if we'll have one. Tum and Tar are part of the Type Techno book so another book again. So as I said this is the story of Ae and Pete, all the others are supportive charachters and I don't think will ever have so much screentime until a possible season 2 (except for Tin and Can If I understand correctly)
Episode 8 was just so beautiful and pure and sweet in everything that totally melt my heart and after all this hours I'm still smiling like an idiot. It amaze me that this show can have haters, I get that nothing is for everybody but reading some comments I don't know if they were expecting shakespeare or a bl love story. Cause this is not shakespeare for sure but for a bl love story this is good for real.

This year GMMTV did a disaster after another, I loved Sotus so much and many others serie but from this last months I'm every day less interested in their production.. it's really like they forget about quality cause all they care is product placement and make new bl couples for doing more fanmeet...

I agree with you Pedro, instead of some heavy drama I would really prefer to see them happy and in love as side charachters with some other couple taking most of the screentime
