The negative feedback surprise me too. I understand that someone can not like the serie, to each his own, but the motivation for disliking are just not objective in my opinion and are mostly for not understanding the charachters. (ok, I probably don't understand the charachter of Can and don't like him at the moment but I want to have faith in the writers)
Saiying this serie is bad or bad written or bad acted is just not objective. This serie is so far really good and above the usual quality of thai bl. Not a masterpiece, not perfect and totally can derail at any time but it's good indeed.

Diana Achiaa people have different and somethimes reeally strange taste xDD I for example will never understand why so many people think as the actor Bas as cute... for me he is... is... it's better if I did not say anything xD
So I can't blame people for thinking as Perth as unattractive even if I also think he is really adorable and his acting really impressive. It's just that people have all different taste

I reccomend you to watch Sotus or love by chance that is airing right now, both from Thailand. Japan has sadly never done a movie as good as this one (I like the special soooo much more than the serie)
