I only agree about the honeymoon. He finally gets the woman he loves and he gets drunk. So did they get together uhem or not due to him bring too drunk.

Then Miss He drew something similar with the figure sticking out it's tongue. At least the physician smiled. He got it.

I love stories without plotting relatives. This series had a few, but the brother seemed helpful and supportive so in a way, sure, he is the bad guy. Why not. At least mother is a sincere woman.

LoL I thought he was partying so long, she stopped waiting and went to sleep. Some stories show the groom coming right to the bridal room while others feast. Others show the groom so drunk nothing happens that night.

This was what I thought. The brother who seemingly helped the family at Cui's request was either doing so hoping Cui would die in battle or was always one step behind Miantang's plans. The cloaked man is standing so is he no longer paralyzed, if it is the crippled brother. I'd be sorry to see that. I liked him.

Epi 35/36: yay the wedding has arrived. I laughed at both Miantang,the not so nervous bride and her very nervous husband. Honeymoon night....ok then. I was hoping the doctor and Miss He would show some looks of longing for their own day. Lord Cui didn't even bring it up to his friend. Mother took care of her sister so I hope Binglan can find a good husband. Not her fault her mom was so obsessed. I thought Cui and Miantang wanted nothing to do with the court but he was promoted? Hope we get two epis Sunday.
