How did Vegas feel after waking up from his surgery and seeing that Pete was and has been there for him the whole time, taking care of his younger brother and waiting for him to wake up. 😭
Since Pete’s scars are gone when Vegas and him meet again at the bar, how much time passed? Did Vegas watch Pete from afar during the time they were separated, just like in the novel? Not knowing if he should approach Pete or stay away because he feels so sorry he hurt him.

Bro, I really like the way Porsche says he’ll go handle it right now if Pete would just tell him who did it. But then he had to go and sell Pete out later on 😭 As a vp fan I don’t mind bc yass bring our boys back together, but realistically speaking Pete needs time to heal. He was broken and if I was Porsche I definitely wouldn’t have arranged a secret meet up without Pete’s knowledge. Especially if I didn’t know the details of what exactly went down between them.

I really wonder what conversation Porsche and Vegas had prior to making that deal though. Did Vegas just say he wants to meet Pete and that Porsche should bring him to that bar? If that’s the case no wonder Porsche guessed it was Vegas who did it, bc why would Vegas (who only had surface level interactions with Pete before) suddenly want to see him? Lol. Pete looks so small and vulnerable in that bathtub, covered in bruises and marks 😭 I feel so sorry for him, but am also in awe about what a strong character he truly is. He stayed strong throughout his time in the safe house, enduring all kinds of torture. Not knowing how long he would have to suffer or even if he would make it out alive. Even so, he never begged for his life. Not once. Afterwards when he finally arrives at the major family’s house he’s able to put on his usual smile, which we know is nothing but a façade (one at least Porsche can see through this time). And he only allows himself to break down and cry when he’s alone. 😭 Pete deserves all the happiness in the world and Vegas better see to it that our boy is loved, protected and happy!
