The way Pete smiled so intensely after Vegas and him had sex caught me off guard tbh when I first watched that episode. Did anyone write an analysis on their expressions in that scene bc there was obviously a lot going through their minds. While Pete smiled (might I say almost wickedly) Vegas even looked a bit scared imo. He knows Pete is the one truly in control.

Yes that totally sucks. Some people write really beautiful scene and character studies on here and it’s such a shame you can’t go back and re-read it. Dramalist needs to make bookmarking/saving comments possible it’s not that hard

He was being too obvious 😂 I also read that cinema scene where he had to buy popcorn for Tankhun while stalking Vegas and got busted again. Macau and Vegas dragged him along to the movie and Pete was uncomfortable the whole time 😂 It even had an awkward hand touch as they reach for the same drink hahahh. wonder why they changed this scene to the one at the temple bc I liked the cinema version. But as I think about it I also really like the fact that Pete and Vegas made merits together in the series❤️

Agreed! Bible and Build became Vegas and Pete and it’s all thanks to their dedication, hard work (also that of the crew ofc) and their trust in each other. I would also love to see them in another series, but I’m not that into the detective genre tbh so I’d prefer something like prison playbook / orange is the new black vibes 😂 BOC take my money and make this happen pls

Still, the biggest change I liked In the series (apart from getting rid of the rape) is that they gave Pete and Vegas a common ground/shared trauma to bond over (having an abusive father). That was a great decision
