If you don’t have a heart then neither do I. I am speculating this scenario (and am sure I’m wrong) but I think with Makoto talking to the headhunter about another job they are setting it up to where the last episode will be him and Michi ending their marriages and driving off into the sunset together to live happily ever after until a problem comes up between them and they turn to other people “to talk” again. I don’t see at this point either Makoto or Michi giving each other up to stay with their spouse. I have absolutely no sympathy for any of them but I can’t quit watching. I do think I’m going to wait until the last episodes run and then binge watch them all at one time so I can be irritated by the 4 of them on one day and not 4 more
weeks. 😀

The more I watch the MIL the more I want someone other than KS’s dad to give her a reality check. Can anyone explain to me why she gave lawyer in law lunch money because he can’t even afford noodles for lunch and had just told her he couldn’t chip in on the bills because he was taking golf lessons that he had to pay for which left him nothing to give them to pay his share of the bills. Is she that desperate to keep control of her SILs lives? She bends over backwards to help the SIL that doesn’t give a crap about anybody but himself. What really honks me off is poor KS works until he’s sick supporting that family but MIL gives the SIL making 6 figures lunch money because he has to support her daughter and grandson in Canada. For some reason I have this feeling that he’s going to finally get brought back to reality by his wife meeting someone else on one of the weekend trips he brags about encouraging her to take their son on. But probably just my wishful thinking for him to suffer a little. Again today when he was making the excuse of KS’s dad threatening to sit in front of his desk all day until he drew up the divorce paperwork I wondered why he didn’t let him sit there and then call security and have him removed? Seems like President Dong and his son’s feud is going to keep either one of them from taking over the company. I had to laugh when the Chairman was telling him off today and hope he sticks to his guns because you know it’s going to get ugly. I would like to know how JH seems to be able to come to work at whatever time he wants and leaves to go “visit” his real gf almost every day? Things that make me just say hmmm….😀

I watch The Real Has Come as well. I need to look into Dr. Cha. Thanks for telling me. ☺️

I agree about JH. That drunk act he put on was so fake I got mad just watching it because not one of them saw thru it. Then amazingly in a short ride to his apartment he was sober enough to try to embarrass KS and tried to put him in his place in front of MR by shoving money into his chest. I did enjoy watching Grandpa putting the 2 pitiful excuses of mothers to shame today but both are so full of themselves it just went in one ear and out the other. KS dad does have his best interest at heart but he can’t make KS do something he is not willing to do at this time. His method isn’t working so maybe he
needs to try something new or back off for a little while but he definitely needs to quit giving the MIL more reasons
to control KS.

I think everything that child says and does is a result of living with and listening to her grandmother’s constant talking. I think MIL stirs the pot to keep JD thinking about her mom and how wonderful it’s going to be when she comes back. KS and her mother will reconcile and they will live happily ever after. After this many years couldn’t he have had her declared legally dead by now? I just want her to show up at this point to get it over and done with. It is dragging on way too long.

I think Ho Rang and KS father would be a perfect match. She uses that same whining voice and pursed lips (that I assume she thinks is sexy) as much with him as she does KS.

KS father is quickly catching up with the MIL as characters I dread seeing come on my tv screen. If KS father’s concern was based on something other than $$ and his pushing KS to start dating the “blind date” rich night club owner it wouldn’t aggravate me as much. And then KS gets paid and buys a present for his MIL, lawyer in law, and gives the sister in law, who finds a way to fail every job interview, an allowance and will give it to her every time he gets paid? No wonder he doesn’t have a penny to his name. It’s one thing to be nice but there is no reason the SIL can’t get a job and make her own $$. Those 2 women are too spoiled for them to ever willingly allow KS leave. They’d actually have to run their own restaurant, make deliveries, and go hand out advertisement flyers on their own. Rant over.

I think the daughter treats him the same way the MIL does. It is a terrible learned behavior picked up by the MIL’s mentally abusive behavior. They have made home feel like he is worth nothing and he has allowed himself to become the whipping boy of that family. Anything that goes wrong or isn’t done he takes the blame for. Obviously KS and his wife were friends before she became pregnant so he has probably been involved with that family long before the wife left. I keep wondering if the reason he is so against a divorce is because he thinks since he has no blood relation to the daughter he could lose her if the truth comes out. To me the MIL is nasty enough that she would not allow him to have anything to do with this daughter if he moves on with his life and is no longer married to her daughter and he’s not there supporting
them. I don’t think the daughter’s attitude will change until she is away from her grandmother who thinks she does nothing wrong and sneaks behind KS back when he says no.

I think a lot of the MIL’s insistence he stay is because she knows if KS leaves they have no income other than what they can make at their store/restaurant and no one to boss around. I haven’t figured out if the house they live in is his or in in-laws because he always says my house. Also the fact the MIL was so hateful about KS renting out the room to the baker just floored me. The lawyer-in -law obviously isn’t going to pay rent or even his part of the groceries and the renter was going to pay them rent. No discussion in my book…if you need money you take the payer not the mooch. But heaven forbid MIL not have her sons-in-law there to spy on and make sure they don’t find happiness with anyone other than her daughters. As you can tell I really dislike the MIl character.

In episode 33 when pictures were being taken I thought the side piece looks like a much older MR. I can’t remember if they’ve ever mentioned her mom but the side piece looks to be a lot older than the sleaze bag so I wondered if she will end up being MR’s mom? When they met at the bar and MR called and she saw her name she touched his hand and shook her head no. Just curiosity on my part because some episodes seem to drag and I get to thinking crazy story lines.
