I did see that in their announcement but wasn't sure so I compared the runtimes and there really is a difference. Not sure how significant it is storywise (I didn't watch it) but I think since the cut version airs on tv it still should be suficient to understand the plot and not let the viewers be confused.

Just wanted to add that what you see on ch3 website is the cut version. If you are subscriber you see the uncut version of episode that is around 15 minutes longer. Subscription costs 79 bhat per month and this is the only series with subs so it might not be worth it for everyone.

Not sure how much you want to know, but basically almost everyone except KO is happy at the end, Jit and Mong are together, Mong's mother saw her own wrongdoing and now threats Mon better, Mon decide to live her best for her child, Jit brother is still a monk, generally everyone is happy and everyone forgave the other parties for everything. As for KO well there is no happiness for him as he will spend probably some time in jail or maybe even psychiatric wards as he look totally insane by the end.

I understand her negative feelings towards her stepmother but Mong seemed to always treat her with love so I didn't think she would do anything against him.
Also interesting theory, I never thought about that before but it wouldn't be that surprising since it did seem like she wasn't exactly happy before the accident. I really hopped at the begging for her to get better and have her happy ending but now I'm really not sure what even her happy ending could be as she doesn't seem to get better in a psychological sense.

She doesn't seem to hate him but instead it seems like she wants to protect her villain boyfriend at all costs even sacrificing her brother.
