Great article! ;)
I agree on every point although I haven't tried all of the points you mentioned. You could've added reading books, watching anime or something like that as well ^-^ Or at least that's what I do sometimes when I don't feel like watching dramas :D
I was surprised about it! I was watching Boss&Me on the Gooddrama app this morning when suddenly the videos weren't playing anymore so I went on the Gooddrama site and saw that message. It sounded so harsh and it was so sudden, I was in the middle of the episode, they shut the site down from one minute to the other...
i find that really sad, coz it's really hard to find apps to watch dramas on phone and Gooddrama's app was one of the best. Sure there is still viki but they don't have everything I want to watch (for example Boss&Me).
I hope that the other sites like drama.net, myasiantv and dramacool don't shut down coz they are kind of the only good streaming sites with lots of dramas and movies left.
but what I hope even more is that viki gets more licences for dramas for Europe coz there aren't that many although dramafever has even less.
Actually a lot of the dramas sound really interesting! I am already watching Blood and it didn't start very amazing and I'm not a fan of Goo Hye Sun either but I think it's getting better now. Looking forward to Missing Noir M the most :)
So first WTF HOW LONG WAS THE FIRST EP!? I really like nothing about the drama, they look weird (that's a thing of preference tho), it isn't as funny as the original and it is so different!! If it wasn't for my principle not to drop a drama after the first ep I woukd have done so already -_- Hope it will get better though.
Oh ok i think I know which revelation you meant. I found this utterly ridiculous as well and just wondered why they decided to reveal him and not someone else or why at that time :/ :/ But I started to like it less even before that.
Omg great article! I totally agree with you!
I for myself have to say, yes I mainly watch kdramas because I really like the language and the humor and stuff and often compare different versions but it's just normal and I don't think that it automatically means that u have to bash the other people who liked the other version more! Everybody has a different preference and you should accept that.
Thai still sounds strange to me and I think I will always like it less than korean but whatever. Sometimes I chose dramas based on the looks (espescially when it's my first one from that country or genre, to leave a good impression xD) but I would never drop it because of bad looks!
Just recently I saw some discussion on a website about Playful Kiss and Itazura na Kiss where many people said that the Japanese stole the idea from the Koreans and how much better the Korean version is. The last thing is a thing of preference but the other is just a fault of not having done proper research what makes me angry. It's not the first time I saw people bashing each other because of bad research and I think that is one of the important things.
Accept that everybody has freedom of expression and everybody has a different preference and get proper research done before arguing. Seriously.
Omg thx so much for the article!! I knew the stuff even before but for some I still had to search for recipes to make them myself, while I already made others! Great article! ;)
Pass around the love for (korean) food! ;)
Has anybody else noticed that there aren't only ep 7 and 8 out but also ep 9? I don't know if it's only the site I watch my dramas on which mistakenly added one ep twice or so, haven't checked yet but that made me wonder...
What do you mean by the "where-ever you are bathroom breaks"? O.O
I actually agree on a lot, like Min Ki's, Han Chul's, Sang Deuk's and Ki Joon's characters! My favorite character was Hyuk, Ki Joon and Hwa Ran/Bul Ja too but I ended up dropping the drama in the end. The comedy got more and more forced although it was great in the beginning. :/
Great article!! Can't wait for your next part! :D
This really was one of the worst years for dramas. I can't judge jdramas because I don't really watch any but kdramas... wow, so many Nays! So many dramas that started up awesome but turned horrible in the end! :/ I guess this is not the year for South Korea overall (I don't know if I am remembering that right, I kind of lose track of time easily xD, but there was that Sewol accident and all the stuff in Kpop...:/)?
You guys are really making me curious whether Incomplete Life is as good as you say and the best drama of the year... >< I think I need to watch this soon xD
