2) The second lead syndrome with the guy you love but he is too nice to get the girl
3) Poor girl / Rich Guy
4) The hospital scene ? If there's not then, it's not a drama ^^
5) A hard family problem for one (or several) of the lead
6) The girl who doesn't get the guy's intentions
7) You think they're going to kiss but something (or some mother***** !) interrupt them
