I'm glad the group knows that a Pangs exist! Like finally. It felt like I was holding onto the secret from the group. In regards to Tau, I can understand the best friend comment. He isn't really out to people. He just came out to his close friends, so I can only imagine the fear he has on coming out to his co-workers and family. This will honestly be a test for their relationship. Will Tep have patience for Tau to come out or will they have a breaking point on this. No one should feel pressure to come out, point blank. However, the other party shouldn't have to feel hidden. It's complicated and I can only imagine how they are going to write future episodes for this issue.
I was pleasantly surprised with the pilot episode of Quaranthings: The Series! Although clearly set during the…
I agree that Kyo still needs some work, but he was really engaging most of the time. I also think that some of the delivery of the lines for both him and Rocky needs some help. I don't know if it's the writing or the acting. Still excited to watch this.
I was primarily watching this for Royce. Not gonna lie that is still the case, but so far I am actually liking the way this is being directed. I can't wait to see the development of each character. It's nice to see the interactions beyond the computer screen and also see how the Philippines are handling the pandemic in first person.
Am I the only one expecting a tearjerker from that crazy trailer? The jelly stuff, like she has schizophrenia…
Glad I wasn't the only one worried she had a Mental Illness. Knowing Nam Joo Hyuk was in "The Light In Your Eyes", I trust no comedy with him in it. I still choke up about that show.
Episode 7: Suyo was a sweet episode. This episode contrasted TauTep's relationship with that of Pangs' (Nin and…
I agree that this was a breather episode before the conflict. I think these two are going to face challenges. The actors are so good at portraying those feelings uncertainty that I am almost nervous for it all.
What an unexpected twist it was to find that Xavier asked to be partnered with Mico. It kind of makes me see the…
I had to go bacK to episode 1 and it I saw things differently. Like the "set-up" for quiz night. Didn't seem like it now after knowing he asked to be partnered with him. I hopebwe find out about him and Jun Jun.
This was a good drama. They connected the dots nicely. I loved that we found out that Xavier has liked Mico for so long. He noticed him, even though he barely went to class. lol The Dimple remark! Honestly Mico's dimple is a game changer. I think the last episode showed growth from both of them. Each had time to grow as people. I had to rewatch the first episode and these episodes took place over 2 and half months. So it makes more sense when they were talking about falling for each other. I am hoping that with the movie we can get more background on each of the characters and love line for Jun Jun. He really was our Pearl. Wise and open to everyone.
The ending made sense to me. These two beans were very shy when it came to each other. Even with Xavier and his experience, it's still scary to put oneself out there. Having them hug made sense. We are still in a pandemic and I don't know, I feel that their relationship is still innocent and coming into it's own. As we can see you don't need that much intimacy to start something.
