Agree. Although I'm watching other dramas, I still can't move on from Love and Redemption. This drama will always hold a special place in my heart. I think no other drama will be able to replace this gem. Lol it is ironic that I said the same thing after watching Eternal love. I thought no drama will beat it, but Love and Redemption did. It's now my favourite drama.

I didn't just skip to the end. I've already watched the entire drama and their modern story. Although I skipped many annoying scenes, I watched every episode to know the development of the plot. I never said I wanted to watch two perfect angels because Mary Sues
may end up as boring characters. I had to drop Legend of Fuyao as the ml there was too perfect. Sometimes, it's more interesting to see flawed characters. One main reason I watch flawed characters is to see their character growth. But I didn't see any sign for the character development of the ml, fl and sml in GMP. Their characters got worse and worse, and make poor decisions in the critical situations, especially in the second half of the drama. Plus, I've seen some good dramas that can handle plot complexity, betrayl, and angst very well, but GMP is not one of them. On the other hand, there are three good things about GMP: promising beginning, chemistry between the main leads and Chen Xing Xu's acting. Complexity of the plot and character description were quite poor there. But this is just my opinion.

GMP was not worth-watching for me. I hated both characters of ml and fl there. There is no character development either. I fastforwarded almost all the scenes in the drama just to know the ending. I won't recommend that drama. Their chemistry was wasted there.

It's good to know you're fine. But I can understand why you god mad as I saw how she defended her theory. But the ending is so clear so I just ignored her. I agree with you about Sifeng's smile too. It's
very warm and touching.

Omg. Is that really you? I saw your argument there and I thought it might be you because of your same account name. First thing I want to say is "relax". I guess she is just trying to validate that theory to make Sifeng's character more dramatic. I checked the reason for her theory but it doesn't make sense. She said who we saw in the final episode was Xixuan because of his smile and because he was standing on the rooftop when he woke up. Honestly, these reasons are based on unfounded speculations. They can't prove he is not Sifeng. Xuanji clearly called him Sifeng and he wouldn't lie to her about his identity. As other comments have mentioned, there is only one scene that can indicate he is Xixuan, which is the last scene where Sifeng and Xuanji were hugging. But even that scene can't prove he is not Sifeng because Sifeng promised to Xuanji that they would live together in a paradise. Also, Sifeng is Xixuan. We clearly know the main leads have a happy ending. So, you don't need to be frustrated about that theory.

I also found out from the productive procrastination website that Xi Xuan fell in love with GOW because of her face. I don't like that reason for his love toward her. Also, I like how the ages of Si Feng and Xuan Ji were handled in the drama. 16 is more appropriate than 11 to face those complicated things.
