I don´t think everyone is really intersted in her bc she is that, a maid, who noone has really the need to put attention. But if they do I think they just see her as a loyal maid who is willing to do everything for her master who saved her.
About his outfit I think is because noone until that moment thought he who be the one, since they consider him as a week person and not capable of such things (It can change soon bc he had prove them wrong).
And I think is obvious why he is interested in her, at first cause he saw something special in her and thought she could be of help, and he was right. and then latter bc he falled in love with her.
