I think she's overrated: think of her previous drama choices, except for Doctors, she didn't pick any good scripts.

==> That's exactly why I'm criticizing her, the job of an actor/actress it to be able to pick good scripts, and before doctors, she majorly failed at it.
I would say the same about Lee Min Oh: they are trendy actor, they go where the wind blows. It's not about their acting, they're not bad but come on, they really don't stand out of the crowd compared with their fame, revenue, prestige,...
I'm not the hater type so I'm not writing this to make you angry, this is just how I feel.
I hope from now on (thanks to Doctors) she will go for better choices and earn all of your respect :)
If you're hesitant to watch Oh my Venus, don't be!
Reasons:
- I've started to watch it after reading a comment stating that it is for once a "real life" drama: no dumb girls, no useless "heavy" scenes, no mischievous schemes,...
- This duo is the best match I've ever seen in dramas! And I've watched lots of them :)

I am a huge fan of Min Ah, she really stands out from the crowd to me! She has a non ordinary look, less glamour, more human, you kind of believe she's the nice girl next door while most of Korean actresses cannot convey this image. And her dimples are cute :)
I haven't enjoyed a drama this much in a very long time. Brilliant cast, amazing production value, enough content…
Missing DOTS so much :'( It has ended two months ago and I've drown my sorrow in dramas, dramas, dramas but no one stands the comparison to me at the moment except much older dramas (rewatching ISWAK japanese version...!)

I have read so many harsh comments, I did not want to watch it first but you know what: it's surprisingly original.
The main female lead is one of the most singular one I've seen in a drama. She's CRAZY and crazy fun :) I've laughed quite a lot !
And her face really is different from all the "kawai" usual main lead.
Give it a try, we never know what we may end up liking in terms of drama :)
This drama made me cry. I haven't cry in front of a drama in a while. What I like about it: realistic, the main lead couple and what happen to them is also believable. I recommend this drama and if you like this genre you will also like Mask.

Just the right amount of drama and comedy. This movie can warm even the coldest of hearts.
This is why we love asian drama so much, they make us feel more human and alive and still hope for a better (romantic) future? :)
