I was very disappointed in our FL when she scored so high and instead of running to ZJ who was what, one classroom over, but instead ran to her "brother", also, not even asking ZJ how he did. I can truly understand why he feels the way he does, but at the same time, he needs to communicate these to her.
Zheng is hot passion but Xiaobo the calm future. I think that Xiaobo's hurdle is that he will feel left behind…
His character is confusing as heck!!! He is very inconsistent and unapologetic for his behavior as a kid and even as an "adult". Like the very first thing he should have done was.... "I'm so sorry for what I did to you when we were kids, etc.". Also, he pursues her to no end, finally gets her and then gets all moody and cuts contact, then reestablishes contact without any explanation. Unless he has good reason, I just can't root for this guy, not good husband material, not someone she can rely on.
