It's the best drama of 2016. Yes including all the good ones. Goblin tops them all
The unique story is presented perfectly with great scenery and amazing music.
And you have 4 leads that can be the main lead in their own drama. Each one of them can stand on his own with out the help of others. Strong characters whether emotionally or physically and even supernatural powers to keep the excitement.
Enough mystery to keep us hooked and suspense to keep us at the edge of our seat.
I felt this way with few great dramas this year. Last but not least . It's gong yoo my chingu Gong yoo from the crucible and train to busan.

Aparently gong yoo rejected the writer's previous requests to work in her dramas but finally decided to join goblin. He rejected main role in DOTS and some rumors say he quickly rejected gentleman's dignity.
He said in an interview that he rejected them because he was afraid to shoot not a fully pre-made dramas. Because no one can predict their health or physical limitations while shooting an ongoing weekly basis drama. And he was afraid to disappoint his fans by half assing his performance.
