they did not rally against Chinese BLs.. they rallied against the Chinese government and how they control them and don't want them to be aired... completely different things here... they came together so they could make this series and be able to air it because of the strict laws in China.. this is the only way it works... it's still a co production.

plus anyways it's a co production between Chinese and thai, it's not just from one.. it may have been mostly filmed in Thailand but that doesn't mean it's exclusively a thai production..

this series is a Chinese production, the novel however is thai.. but this series is not.

on short time the episodes are only a few minutes each though so you get less... on Iqiyi the episodes are 20 minutes... so on short time you haven't even seen as much as we have on Iqiyi yet.
