Here it is love at first sight that's why the leads from ep 1 only they like each other and their first kiss was in ep 8 after that u can say they officially started dating like a couple. There were no breakups.
It's better to wait until the whole show ends/when they reconcile again in present. Watching the current eps[21-22] and upcoming eps next week will only make us more anxious,sad and disappointed with this drama and the ratings might go low again.
