Well, according to the latest binge watch airing schedule i dont think they cut those remaining 4 eps if they had ,they would have marked "end" at 36 just like they did for another below drama named "insect detective "

same i am thinking of dropping now..i cant take another woman with the ml's child and the fl still dating the ml until ml breaks up later on after knowing that he was his child. [i came to know this from the original kdrama gentleman's dignity] i knew this can happen as this is an adaptation but still i was hoping they would change or delete this trope🥲 afterall this adaptation is much more better than the original (acc to some comments from other viewers who have watched the original) and i also think so as i watched few clips of the original...u can guess it by the diff the main couple meet in the orginal and this version. this version meeting between the leads is much more decent and captivating

Out of the 4 couples in this drama, 2 couples storyline remind me of some good dramas which would've been a flop if the plot was taken to extreme as this one. Or u can say worst case possible sceneario of the good dramas that i'm reminded of.
1st of all, the main couple, huyitian and lianjie couple with the things going now it is reminding me of the drma " The love you give me" just that this drama had made the child of the mom, The Fl and there was no other secondary female character forming a triangle or a obstacle..

2nd couple is xu jialin and her secret crush lawyer this couple reminds me of "hidden love" drama since the beginning.. though the FL of Hidden was much much better....

I'm not comparing these dramas just trying to say that the plot of these couples kinda can be the worst case possible scenarios for these 2 abv mentioned good dramas😂 and it reminds me of these dramas..

Exactly!! the lyrics timing r so prolonged compared to dialogues that i have to go back and forth while watching just to read the dialogue🙂at such times i get so annoyed by the ost like why is it even playing..same for many other dramas where it happens..

Until it's completed, I can't really say it's worth watching but so far i like it..and i can say maybe there are somethings which u may not agree with but atleast up till now it's neither boring nor annoying to watch..

I am guessing this from the trailer.😂 otherwise how they will run the drama till 40.
