What I meant by illusion is that actual MD might be the personification of IS, as in a relic but not a real living person with a soul. Anyway it's just my guess.

I feel like the look Mu Doeki gave in today's soul changing scene was that of the stone saving its creator /master even though he doesn't recognise it yet.
I kinda like Mu Doeki with everyone! Lol! With Uk it's all cute and perfect as expected of the ML, with Yul it's sad first love feels and with CP it's funny and I love her snark when she is with him especially since he is fond of her as a simple servant and not as a powerful master or childhood love. All of the 3 pairs scenes are my fav.
My guess is that the actual Mu Doek is the Ice stone as in she is not a person but a relic or an illusion made by the original mage and the blind priestess who initially made the ice stone unwittingly (as in they wanted to end the drought by bringing rain but they accidentally created a powerful stone that could be used for evil). They may have made a shape shifting illusion while they both were dying, so that they would reincarnate later and destroy it. So the stone recognised Naksu as the priestess' soul when she bumped into her and acquired her soul as per fate, so that she can be incharge of the stone. And that's why only Jang Uk could see the blue in her eyes, because he is the OG mage and the stone made sure he is near Naksu as in the OG blind priestess because he should gain power and then they together should destroy it.

Oh that's sad, but like you said, even I think this show will give him more recognition now and he will surely be acknowledged for his acting talent soon! Like I never knew him before this drama, and he has become one of my favs, so more people like me who don't watch fantasy genre might get to know him now. So in future too if he balances and does different genres, he will get the success he deserves! ❤️

My God! Dramas reach upto 5 Billion views?!! Woah! 😯Looks like fantasy genre is the top there then... Anyway, I am glad this is reaching at least 1 B now, it just got over right, maybe more people will watch it later... And I hope they will act in a fantasy genre together, then it will be my 1st fantasy c drama as I am not fond of the genre but will watch it for them! 😊
The amount of mixed reviews, I'm going crazy wondering if I should watch this or not
Check out the 1st two or three episodes, you will get a general idea as to whether you like the main couple or not as they are the main selling point of this drama, so if you like them, you will like the show too like I did. Then onwards, just skip the 2nd couple scenes.
Ep 15 was a complete let down for me and I had really liked it till now. Ep 15 had so many new characters out…
On a side note, did that stupid lottery winner gal claim her money in 2019? People died because of her greed! 😑 If so, they better show that she donated some substantial amount to the mountain welfare, otherwise there's no point in showing us that irritating character for so long!
Ep 15 was a complete let down for me and I had really liked it till now. Ep 15 had so many new characters out of nowhere that I found it hard to trace who was who!🤔 First, suddenly they introduced ML's fam out of nowhere and then well, it was ok when his mom reminisced about him but the sister seemed way too cheerful in the black valley and when she was talking to FL about her visits, for someone who was going to lose her brother in 2 days... The acting seemed way off... Especially because our FL was giving a grave reaction befitting the situation. Anyway, next came the barrage of younger versions of the dead villagers! How are we supposed to remember everyone's name in few mins? I have no idea who killed whom now! Everything became big jumble! 🤯 They should have shown some family tree for the audience or even better just put a small pic of their old version beneath the younger version for a moment or two for the audience to orient themselves like they always give 2019 or 2020 written timeline to orient the audience. But since they did nothing of that sort, I am lost! 🥴 Lastly why is our generally smart FL going and talking to a known serial killer alone in his house? Is she streaming it live for evidence? If not it's stupidity which doesn't suit her character till now... 😑
Watched 30 eps and I must say I really liked the ending! ❤️ It was mature and perfect for me!👌 No unnecessary break ups or time skips for our FL & ML which we usually see in other dramas. Just a perfect happy ending and a hint of happily ever after! ❤️
