Preferencing this with I love Apo and think he is doing a fantastic job as Porsche so this not meant in anyway negative or mean spirited. Do you think the production team realized when they had to go film in a wide open area that it was going to be the water park from the ice breaker/team building all over again with Apo's high energy and wanting to go everywhere so they where like hand cuff Mile-Apo together to help keep him calm.
Could be. Going off novel everything that happened within a short period of time so I am thinking that it hasn't been much of a time jump from episode 3 to 6 but that is just my guess.

Noticed it first watch though but the more I rewatch it the more I see that Kinn is checked out to violence when it comes to himself and others but super in tune to the effect of violence on Porsche for the most part. First ten minutes of show Kinn kills someone and then just puts gun on table. Episode three Kinn see Porsche is uncomfortable with the beating of the one guy so he lets Porsche leave the room. He moves to protect Porsche from getting shot. He feels guilty that Porsche got shot and had to kill someone.
