The novel didn't really cover what happened between Kinn and his ex ( or maybe it did and I just skipped it because didn't care about the ex at all) so I am really hoping they keep the ex to a minimum in the show. I really don't want to watch flash backs to their relationship.

In the novel it's like chapter 28-29 I think. I'm guessing episode 9 because Kinn's ex needs to be back and Kinn also has to have stepped back/avoid Porsche while he dealt with his feelings and confirmed he wasn't using Porsche to deal with PTSD from said ex.

Do you think the production team realized when they had to go film in a wide open area that it was going to be the water park from the ice breaker/team building all over again with Apo's high energy and wanting to go everywhere so they where like hand cuff Mile-Apo together to help keep him calm.
Could be. Going off novel everything that happened within a short period of time so I am thinking that it hasn't been much of a time jump from episode 3 to 6 but that is just my guess.
