It did. But Hum Bar was easier to make a recurring part of the show. Paris and people from Paris aren't going to be easy to make recurring or overall important to an 8 EP show so unless there is more to that scene with that woman

I also think the woman is in Paris but it seems odd to me to focus on that in the trailer if Trin in Paris is only character setup and the woman doesn't come back into play somehow when Trin is in Thailand. 🙂yep wait and see.

This is BOC and they aren't afraid of messy relationship dynamics. And for the time period I'm sure there weren't a lot of open or semi-open gay men so the chances of the multiple people being involved with the same person at different periods would have been pretty high (unless people got into a serious relationship). Tanwa is definitely looking at someone if it's not his ex(my guess still is the cop),then it's the woman we see Trin kiss. Either way I think it's either Tanwa's or Trin's other "love" interests.

One of the two underwater kiss scenes is definitely Tanwa and Trin, but the shorter haired Tanwa one I don't think is Trin. My gut feeling and with how BOC uses family members in their stories. I think the shorter haired Tanwa kiss is Trin's brother or cousin (the cop) and is the one that helped Tanwa come to understand he's gay/bi. The cop and Tanwa get caught and they are separated. Time jump to Tanwa and Trin kiss and I feel like Tanwa is the one going to help Trin realize he's gay/bi and they are going to start falling for each other right before (the cop) comes back leading to the scene where Tanwa is looking over Trin's shoulder looking hurt and betrayed.
