Win going to see him about the case is pretty much 100%. I'm hoping with each update he brings food, flowers,etc. Tonkla asks him what he's doing and Win's totally upfront about his interest and asks for permission to pursue him that Tonkla gives at the end of the episode after deciding he can't keep his relationship with Korn going anymore and finally goes for the more he wants and deserves.

EP three feels like it's shaping up to be the getting to know you/getting closer episode and then everything is going to go hot and explosive in EP 4. That's my feeling as well with what JJay said. Going off the assumption that the actors haven't watched the episodes yet it would make the most sense if JJay is talking about the hottest of an EP being related to him. I'm hoping we're getting TymeGreat as well but WinTonkla seems like a high probability.
