No. Thailand has a ton of non same sex relationships shows. They are just marketed to the domestic audience and not international. Most straight or none romance Thai shows and movies don't get subbed so almost no one can watch them even if they wanted to. Theory: Great and Tyme of a different timeline died,or at least Tyme died and Great lived and gained the same ability as the Great we will be following so that's why you hear gunshots and see him holding his chest because he's experiencing his and Tyme's deaths. I also think the one of the other comments that that one lady at the illegal side of Korn's family business is a cop or journalist.

He can see four minutes into the future. And the scene where he sees himself with Tyme I think is related to the conversation Den had with the female patient that died and came back to life who said she was seeing moments from a different version of her life
Maybe but other than keeping this plot point in for a misunderstanding later I don't see why Tyme wouldn't correct his coworker/friend about someone they aren't seeing/don't like that way. Hopefully whatever the relationship is will be explained next episode.

If he doesn't he seemed pretty open minded to consider he stuck around after seeing himself with Tyme instead of taking attempt number 2 of walking/running out of the ward. As much as I would love to see Bible act out gay panic I don't think the series has time for Great to figure out if he's okay or not with Tyme being a guy.
Tyme doesn't deny/correct Den's choice of words. So though it might not be confirmed completely that the person Den called Tyme's GF, but it's not off the table that she isn't just because we don't hear the phone call.
