Kim is my new ultimate example of someone who doesn't like the taste of their own medicine and taking a page from their love interest play book. Kim ignores/tries to ghost Chay and he shows up at Kim's place. Chay rightfully ignores Kim and he shows up at one of the last places he wants to be at just a chance to see Chay.

She left the main family and had her own life away from it so not sure if maybe she had the adoption voided it doesn't really go that much into in the novel at least that I remember.
