i agree with u in everything but the last part. i don't think porsche should resign just because chay said so.…
Maybe he doesn't need to quit but it's not like he does his job as a bodyguard well so like him keeping the job or not won't change much for KP and it doesn't mean KP would stop being whatever their relationship status is right now. Chay and Porsche definitely need to talk
I completely agree about Porsche. I get he is in love but thé way that went down did not feel like Porsche to…
Exactly His reaction wasn't at all strong enough for what happened compared to episode 1. Love makes you blind yes but it shouldn't make you blind to the point you're family becomes an after thought. It felt like okay cool moving on now. If I didn't know it was same characters I would think it was a different show.
I get what you’re saying, but (speaking as for now) to me Vegas felt wayy worse in the novel
Vegas in novel was bad but you could at least see some light and genuine feelings even during that month Vegas held Pete. Like how much he cares ,loves and protects macua from their dad he drops what he's doing to get vowing to make sure macua never feels unloved. Vegas show used his brother to get closer to Porsche, easily manipulated Tawan with fake promises (most of if not all the people Vegas slept with in novel knew it wasn't going anywhere), now torturing Pete to be continued and adding in threats to his family he just doesn't seem like he'll easily feel remorse
VP chemistry is 🔥 but for me I wondering how the redemption arc is going to play out with new version of events. It was hard enough to take Pete forgiving Vegas for the repeated r@pe in the novel but now we have him torturing him and threatening his only family to get what he wants. I have nothing against fictional dark characters and I knew VP was going to be dark AF but Vegas feels way worse in the series so Pete letting everything go to forgive Vegas something seriously must switch in him.
I know the writing of the novel wasn't that great imo but I feel like after thinking about it a little bit longer and I am starting to think that maybe they were trying to hard to keep the original writers happy so they are trying to keep things more to the novel like Kinn forgetting Pete but also trying to push the series version of events and it's causing disconnect. I'm not disappointed in Apo's acting just how Porsche's character is being written now. He went from looking after his brother as number one priority and having a moral code to not looking after his brother and not being affected by anything he's done and only focuses on Kinn. He should have left with Chay even though Chay was rightfully angry and he definitely needs to resign and look after his brother again.
I think a lot of the plot point that are cliche, don't make sense and the usual for bls are the start of the potential overreach by BOC. I love the show and really enjoyed this episode (not everything; but majority of it). This episode to me felt like what I thought KP would be like as a whole action, fucked up and twisted characters and actions that make you uncomfortable while watching. I haven't been disappointed so far so I hope I'm overreacting but I think trying to do KP novel, VP special chapters and add information for Kim-Chay is going to start showing cracks in the show quality and start to feel jumpy and rushed and where going into episode 11 which is usually cursed so something is going to go sideways real quick and cause unnecessary angst and more lack of communication.
only way im accepting Tawan back is because Tankhun didn't get to shoot him....
The actor did a great job I give him that. Tawan makes my skin crawl. In the screen time he had he has become one of my most hated bl characters and least favorite characters in general. Umbridge from Harry Potter and long for tharntype are two of my other most hated characters
Also why do they need the minor family anyways, except for doing their dirty work?
Kinn said because the in fighting makes them stronger but I don't see it. Kinn really isn't that focused on being a leader Vegas is to obsessed with Kinn Khun is Khun Kim doesn't really want to be part of it Macau idk Guess the second family keeps the illegal business in the shadows for main family.
Only four more weeks til the show ends 😭😭😭 I'm not ready for this drama to end as much as the weekly waiting sucks can it keep going please 🙏🥺 BOC Time, Tay,Tem spin off or any type of special episodes while we wait for season two
They confirmed Big was dead and I am guessing because Tawan shot himself and was at center of explosion that he's really dead too but paranoid/tired brain is like he survived last time is going to show up in a Darth Vader type suit down the road. Random shit that pops into my brain
Now that VP nation has finally been open do we think it's going to be linear and that events going on with other characters will happen at same time or do you think after 11 maybe go towards flashbacks. If they keep final arc similar to novel than Pete will have to be back at the main family compound by end of 12 start of 13 and I just don't see them covering all of VP in a linear timeline as well as the rest of KP story in pretty much two episodes.
Maybe I'm reading to much into it but anyone else think Kan had something to do with Khun getting kidnapped when he was younger? It's something in the way Khun reacts to Kan voice like he's really trying to get away from it and not in I'm annoyed way but like fear, trauma, ptsd sorta way.

Still early so anything can happen just hope it's not something completely out of left feild

Wouldn't surprise me
