Exactly, yes Jai is a manipulative person.What he did was unethical.But we can't justify Teh's actions with Jai's character. If everyone in the world cheated on their lover with everyone who was flirting with him, there wouldn't be one honest relationship left in the world.

I think a happy ending is something that differs from person to person. For example, the real happy ending for me is that they both go their separate ways and be happy :)

Then he started hanging out with Oh. They both wanted the same thing, had similar dreams. Over time, Teh started to like Oh and he got confused. He didn't admit his feelings for a long time. This season is just like the first season. Oh turned into Tharn for Teh. Jai became Oh in the new season. Oh is much smarter than people think and he knows who he's dating. That's why he said 'you're going to leave me again'. Because he will. He wanted to stay with Oh because Jai didn't accept him. But When another Jai comes out tomorrow, he will idealizes him and chases after him, if this time their feelings are mutual, he will not hesitate to cheat on Oh again and leave. If Jai had accepted him, he would probably have left again.
People still say Teh loves Oh no matter what happens? What if he never really loved Oh? Neither him, nor Tharn, nor Jai. Maybe he's just looking for someone to accompany him, someone like him. And when he found peace, he thinks this feelings are love.Who knows?
At one point in the episode, Teh said that he is no longer friends because all his high school friends hate him now.
