In most Kshows they give a role to everyone, so only the culprit knows that he's the one, the others are just playing their given role.

Article Why do people usually choose K-dramas over J-dramas?
I like both jdrama's and kdrama's. But if you had 1 manga made into a drama by Japan and Korea, the Korean version would have more deepness in it. But then again I love Jdrama's too. I don't agree with reason 5, Jdrama's are not really realistic. And they try to act alot like an anime personage, while the actors in Korea stay realistic.
