It's on Prime Freevee. I just watched it.
You might want to use a VPN set to the US or check sites like drama cool every now and then. Right now it isn’t on there. Season two ended in a cliffhanger with a to be continued at the end. Some might not enjoy this but I did. This season is very different than the first. A little darker.

It would have been better for Soo Yeon that way instead of getting involved with her then breaking up with her. Right now I want him to stay with Jin Ah and let Soo Yeon be by herself or bring in a new man for her. I know they'll put them back together but they better make him work to get back together with her. I'm not sure what will redeem him in my eyes. Right now I hate him.

In the one I watched (the 2016 one) it was right at the end. She managed not to have a miscarriage even after being hit by car. She let everyone think she lost it to protect the baby.
