Possible reasons for Dr. Sak not to getting caught? - he does not need do it often. Really, how many people need transplant in a month and how many can afford illegal organs? - He does it on poor people : Rit and Mae’s mother are poor. (Though they look to be in middle income base on their houses). Rit and her mom are alone, Mae and her mom are alone. There’s a loop where Rit doesn’t want to cooperate with Tin and Sing coz he can’t afford to sue and also feels powerless. This may not seem possible for you but the poor in developing countries usually do not go to the justice system because it’s a long process and the rich can afford to make it go more than a decade. ( I kid you not,). - The list of possible donors, cinematic exaggeration? Or there’s more likely a group of other doctors and other hospitals doing it? It’s probably a syndicate who can afford to do such a brash activity. And Sak said, they have powerful backers. Corrupt government officials maybe? Do you think I’m just making up these scenarios? Don’t know about Bangkok or where you live but sadly these are all possible in so many Asian Countries.

In addition to FirstMichael and Saveria, Tol is already stalking him. He’s everywhere. Plus he came out weird with an empty notebook then the notebook was suddenly filled. The guy is eery and crazy : A stalker, a weird book with his scribbles, Tol dying in his dream, his fight with colleagues, he’ll lash out at the weird man.
