Conflict: In the novel the ML's father committed suicide and the last one he talked to was the FL. ML believed that somehow that conversation triggered his father's suicide. He left for 8 yrs and then came back with a plan to have revenge with her. It's so frustrating because it's really a misunderstanding that they can easily resolved with a single conversation but voila they wasted 8 years!!!

2FL is Xu Jingjing, same with the drama though in the novel she's so annoying and two faced. I don't think they adapted her character in the drama. Thankfully!
2ML is also the same, Gao Zhan. Not problematic like his character in the drama. He pursued the FL for so long but gave up once the ML came back.
I really really regret watching that "BTS" prior starting the series. I think I'll enjoy this more if I'm not aware who's the real baddie. 😅 To be honest first half is kinda slow but the second half managed to deliver. 2 eps more! Give DYQ a happy ending please!
