At first I was confused as to why ZhouSheng Chens name remained the same while Shiyis name is now just Shiyi without the Cui surname, but then I realised it was because right before she jumped from the gate in ep 24 she asks her mom in her thoughts to allow her to give up the Cui name, there was no Cui Shiyi anymore, just Shiyi (Eleven) from the Nanchen Mansion. Thats why in the modern times her name is simple Shi (surname) and Yi (first name). I was so shocked when I realised that but also amazed at these little details they included!!

since the show is still airing it didnt happen yet, i think they might get together around ep 18-20!!
