Before u watch this drama, I want you all to be warned. This drama is clearly NOT anything GREAT or EXTRAORDINARY. It doesn't have a very well planned storyline, nor does it keep u on the edge of your seat. But let me tell u this... It is one of THE MOST ADORABLE and CUTE and CHEESY dramas u can come across and some people actually love the cheese in it. If ur not one of them, please don't hate on this drama. I'm Not A Robot wasn't aiming at teaching people a lesson or a moral to learn from so it clearly serves its purpose of making watchers go 'aw' and that's what it was mean to do.
Rowoon is beyond gorgeous and I finished watching extraordinary you a while ago. And without knowing he was in Where Stars Land, I started watching it and i can't bear to see that he's not the male lead or anyone important. So every time his part comes up, I rewind it and watch it twice so I can get enough of him... XD Is that too weird?
Today, I rewatched this movie when my friends came over and I just wanted to let u all know that this is a great movie to watch during sleepovers. Like it was freaking hilarious.

I agree with a few points you have mentioned, like the CGI being below average and the part where some of the scenes didn't make sense. I haven't read the novel or don't have any background on Mo Dao Zu Shi before watching the Untamed either, but I've heard they couldn't incorporate the entire time span of the novel into the drama mostly because it wasn't entirely necessary. I'm sure the novel is in more detail and could maybe explain your doubts a bit.
In my opinion, the drama topped the MDL ratings mostly because of the fans of the novel, but it also deserved the spot. The Untamed is one of those dramas that don't need romance or the suspense to keep you hooked. It has one of the most beautifully portrayed familial relationships and bromance and I personally cannot get enough of the characters and the plot. Even though the storyline is a basic revenge plot, The Untamed is a classic every drama lover must watch to get the complete essence of what a drama should be like.
Since you watched only 24 episodes, I suggest you watch the entire show before writing your review and forming an opinion on the drama as the drama only gets better and you will end up LOVING the leads. I feel like all the reviews and comments just increased your expectations which led to a little disappointment from ur side and its understandable. So why don't you try watching a little more of the show? Again, it's only a suggestion so it's up to u to decide what you want to do :)

I have to agree with untamed. I haven't moved past that series and hope there's a second season
I'm very sure there won't be a second season. No matter how much we love it and would love to see more of Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan, the story is complete the way it is and abides with what the novel portrays... sadly...
Three months. Its been three whole months since I finished watching this drama and I still can't freaking get over it. I keep telling my self it'll get better with time. And honestly, I feel like it is getting better. And just when I get into other dramas, something related to MDZS or Untamed pops up on my Instagram feed or twitter and then I'm back to step one, constantly rewatching clips from the Untamed. I feel like I'm way too attached with The Untamed than I am usually with other dramas and I don't hate it, but I'm stopping myself from watching WYB and XZ's other dramas because I'm afraid I'll not get over them either.... But whatever... I'm writing this as a caution for those of you who are yet to watch this drama. It'll suck u into a pit soo deep, u will find urself lost in it until u finish watching the drama, the donghua and complete reading the novel. No one warned me about it before I started watching it, and I wish someone did so I could have saved it for a much better time.
Untamed is by far one of THE BEST dramas of all time. The way it portrayed familial relationships and friendships, I haven't seen anything like that. I still can't get over how beautiful the show is.
I watched binge-watched this drama and to be honest, the first half of this drama has THE FUNNIEST plot and scenes EVER! Like if anyone got anything funnier, pls suggest it to me... From the middle, as the drama progressed, it got more intense and less funny but that doesn't mean I enjoyed it any less. Totally worth a watch, especially if u have a sleepover with another drama addict because u would laugh the living hell out of urself.
This dude grows better looking as he ages. God was like, "Lee Dong Wook, you aren't good looking enough so let's just make you a freaking greek god and blind the entire population with how you look." And he succeeded.
