Thank you for your input. Felt the same. I'm not sure why the director kept it in a low scale. It wasn't over the top. Director gave a very standardised treatment. I think this is more like a CCTV drama. Initially there was news that The Last Immortal will air on CCTV.

Your opinion is NOT THE TRUTH. Abd who said TLI is perfect. There are flaws in everything. I hope if they make a sequel, they add few CGI to satisfy the CGI addicts.

If you can create create hate in disguise of opinion,others can defend the drama too. It works both ways. genuine critisisms are fine since no drama is perfect. If people are investing so much of time in adding bad comments, it kind of shows how desperate they are to create a bad opinion. Now how does that serves anyone's life ?
It's a boring critisism that CGI is not good.

Okay. I'm not sure why they are adding ost like that . May be to generate a feeling among audience. ( maybe during editing they felt scene needed more drama ,so added ost to amplify . These are my guesses. )

No drama promises you 100%. Even Who rules the world is criticised for not being exact Xianxia is wuxia.
TTEOM is criticised for its plot & lack of a good story line .
None of these opinion matter since there are people who like these dramas. Same way ,there are people who like The Last Immortal too.
I also love arguing. But I cherish to dismantle the hate comments. I think that's my specialization.

Atleast I have some changes from haters . That's fine with me. I'm here to reply to haters, not to play perfect. You can watch wuxias,i heard one is coming next month. CGI is not an essential ingredient in Xianxia ,too much of CGI takes the essence. TTEOM has excellent CGI but drama plot developments were weak .

They must have avoided it for some reason. I think there will be a sequel, particularly after the ending. Not the Iqiyi one .
