Daaamn. "Ha Seon the clown is dead, now you are, the king of this nation." He even stabbed him to recreate the scar on the king's chest. At first I was confused why he did it but then realized the scene just before he returned to the castle was showing the scar on the king. Love the detail!
Poor woman / rich man, secret birth, bad mother, jealousy step-sister or sister in law are the common facts of…
Yes, Choi Solo Jong is a great actor and so far he singlehandedly carried this drama, unfortunately. I DO like family dramas, and I've watched a few. This one just pales in comparison in my opinion because there are just TOO MANY unlikable characters. I can tell already that so many won't even have to face their mistakes and will just "redeem" themselves somehow. I like the acting, I like the main plot. I just don't feel like it's going anywhere with the bad characters only growing more and more hateful instead of getting straightened.
Sorry everyone but 46 episodes in.. This drama is frankly bad. I'm very disappointed. I think they won all these…
Now Do Ran's "mother" and Da Ya would take the crown for the worst personalities though. How could Da Ya put Do Ran in worse experience than what she had when they opposed to her marriage?! I thought she's married for love but she's so obsessed with being the house woman? Too bad you married the younger immature son so no matter who Dae Ryuk brought home she'll rank above her in status.
Sorry everyone but 46 episodes in.. This drama is frankly bad. I'm very disappointed. I think they won all these kbs drama awards either because length = popularity = votes, or the system was basically corrupt. There are like 4 families in this drama and all of them have shitty mothers. Writer probably never saw a decent mother in their life. On the other hand, grandmothers and fathers seem great. It's like a theme on every family to have negative mother and positive father. So far the main couples story is super generic poor woman rich guy, and even then it's better than other couples in the show and that says something.
I'm glad I randomly stumbled on this drama, it's so good, aside from the 2nd male lead who keeps jumping ships. His development was so weird and they used unnecessary plot tools just to keep him relevant. At least the ending was alright. 9/10
Sometimes I wonder..are there really so many Chaebols in South Korea..as there are in K-Dramas ? :')
It all depends on how many big companies are owned by individuals, if you think about it, every multi-million company would have a few Cheabols under it, unless it's owned by the government or something, Idk how Korea works, lol.
Why was the secretary found dead when he didn't lose in a duel. It was actual PvE which Jin Woo died in hundreds of times. Let's see if they solve this one or leave it open like the others.
