Yess, I'm sorry I tought you watched Queen of Tears and misunderstood your question. I mean Song Joong Ki made a cameo as a Vincenzo from "Vincenzo" so yeah the guy that we see in Queen of tears is the same as main character of "Vincenzo"

Same I never was so into any kdrama. I'm so addicted to it right now. Even my friends are sick of me talking about this all the time (While talking about ep 11 to my friend I nearly cried). I usually watch kdramas quite fast (I can stay up all night just to finish kdrama ) but it's first time when be being sooo into it I have to wait whole week just for 2 eps because I usually wait till whole drama is out nevertheless I feel like my live will be so empty when Queen of Tears ends. This literally made me the queen of tears 😭😭

I thought about it too but Vincenzo wasn't in Korea for some years and if Queen of tears happens a lot before Vincenzo he would be too young

It's hard to say it beacuse of the actor who plays Han-seo (I mean Kwak Dong yeon) he also plays Soo-Cheol but if we consider them as two different people then you could say this is the same unverse as Vincenzo but it doesn't mean anything, there's no more conection betwen this two dramas

I'm afraid that it will be sad ending because I think I'm gonna need a therapy if Hae In dies at the and but It's if her health is getting worse and they would just reverse it all I think they could rush it a little bit so It still wouldn't felt right

I don't know if I'm so into this drama and only ship HongBaek couple or something is wrong with some peoples. I mean Hae In didn't refused the marriage because she doesn't love him or something she just don't want him to get hurted when she will be death, this is the reason why she is scared of getting closer to him and I saw some comments when people are saying that they won't end up together because she doesn't even want this marriage. Am I wrong or people are just misunderstanding this scene?

Honestly I first thought that it was Hyunwo in thd car but I thought that at first she left with Eung Sung and he told her to wait but she wasnt aware of this because of her illnes. But it felt weird that after he was back he was acting so cold to her. It makes more sense that Hyunwo was the one who was chasing them and she was actualy with Eung Sung. We can finally see that even if she were with Eung Sung he still would be so cold and arogant with her so for the people who ship Hae In with him you guys should understand that it isn't his mother who made him like that, he's just this kind of person
