I really felt he coukd be a creepier Yul at that point. If Yul could have done that I feel he would have. He was always watching them.

I love when the dad realized he's the reason the kids are so messed up. Like getting angrynat a kid for not wanting to get into a pool after watching his mother drown. Like that was a mystery why he was crying about getting into the pool.

When she knew what she had to do it was game on and well matched at that.

That happened with me with Brit Marlings show the OA. I couldn't get into the first time. I watched it later just because of the actor who plays her dad. Loved hin in Sea Patrol and remembered watching him in Power Rangers. I was hooked. Then Netflix canned it admfter season 2 on a damb cliffhanger
