You said it yourself. She knows ML likes her and never answered but goes on dates with SML including touching her in front of ML. How would you see that objectively. How would you see that person in real life ?
She dated SML at evening dinners even knowing he was waiting for her. that means she treats him bad, unworthy her time and attention. And she never defends him when SML treats him like a dog. She even lets SML touch her but knows ML likes her. In real life I would run away asap
I personally blame her for not setting boundaries and keeping the ML bad as if he is just a servant. She even lets him wait and KNOWS how much it hurts him
