I read the Manga before watching the movie, so I wasn't put off by the romance scenes (which are much more juicy in the Manga). They also turned out to not quite be complete siblings there, though I found the reasoning unbelievable. Still, I found the movie quite boring...

I wouldn't be surprised if it went totally Makjang like that... Seung Ji doesn't remember, so there will be a "secret" for sure - them being brothers sounds most likely to me. Well, likely in Dramaland.

I think that's up to each person's taste... Personally, I think the ending was very good and fitting.
