This is just my theory. I think 7000 years ago sea king chun huang and bai wei is lovers. Before bai wei married with kong sang king lang gan. Bai wei liked travel to the sea. Travel avoidance bead is chun huang gift for bai wei. Lang gan have art of mirror too (same with sumo). Because of jealousy, lang gan killed chun huang and bai wei. This love triangle happen again between sumo, bai ying and zhen lan. That hooded man is lang gan
