The writing is raw, honest, and deeply human, especially in the way it approaches emotions — like that idea that people are “masses of emotions,” which was portrayed with incredible sensitivity and truth. Every scene carries a quiet strength, filled with small details, little “miracles,” and moments that stay with you.
The performances are simply outstanding. Go Youn Jung delivers her role with both strength and subtlety, showing growth and vulnerability, while Koo Kyo Hwan brings a naturalness and grounding presence that makes their connection feel completely real. In the end, I’ve realized that I probably shouldn’t take kisskh ratings too seriously. Many of the highly rated dramas get their scores because dedicated fans vote en masse, while on the flip side, passionate haters can drag a drama down simply because they dislike the lead actor or actress… it all feels quite childish and unfair.
It’s truly a “healing” drama. Even its sadness carries a certain sweetness and honesty. This is definitely one of those stories that will stay with me for a long time — and one I’ll want to revisit.
