The only reason I kept on watching this was because of the side couples. To me, there was nothing new with the main couple compared to other dramas. Still a cute drama tho.

I agree with you, I also gave it 9.5 because of the ending, but for what I've read in the comments the two ep spinoff shows the king falling in love with her when the chef wasn't there... But I'll have to watch it to confirm ahah

The ending was what I expected, obviously all I wanted was for him to stay in the queen's body with the king, but I understand why they chose this ending, it's happy but somewhat sad. It broke my heart when the king said he felt he had lost something but didn't know what. He loved the queen weirdness, and now it's kind of gone (although we saw that now So Young expresses herself more), it makes me wonder if he'll notice like something is wrong in the future? Anyway at least they all had a happy ending, and even if I'm not 100% happy with it, this show still deserves high ratings, it never failed to amuse me, and it was never boring. I'll miss this drama, I'll rewatch it again (probably more than once) without a doubt! All the actors did a great job, can't wait to see them in other projects!

Ah Ruan was also one of the main characters in this drama, the actress that is marked as Ah Ruan is not her...

The writers were awful for making Yize's life so miserable, he deserved soooo much better, all his life was sad. Can they make a season 3 but with Ah Ruan and Yize together again, like reeincarnation or something? The series was full of weird plots they could easily make her come back to life

Is this drama gonna be like "mama fairy..."? Would be interesting if there was a plot twist like that. NDS always tried to live up to his parents expectations and now SDM's too. All those lies he had to keep for himself must have killed him inside and that's why he's so insecure, now he needs to gain some self esteem and show his true self, not what everyone wants him to be. And I truly like his innocent/clueless side so I hope he keeps that. HJP was always alone and had to grow up too fast, the only person he ever opened up to was SDM via those letters, even towards the grandma he always tried to build up a wall. If in the beginning he had walked up to her and said he wrote those letters and told her the whole story everything would be much different. I hope he starts to show his true feelings towards those he cares for more, and that he ends up surrounded by people who love him. Anyway, I like both male leads, and I can understand them both, so whichever SDM ends up with is fine by me (even if right now I'm more inclined towards HJP).

So I was extremely confused with this actress's sudden change of appearance, turns out the actress that was in Swords of Legends 2, Fung Fu Yoga, Oh My God, is not the one referred on this page. They have the same english name Coco Jiang but one is called 蒋怡 and the one I talked about is called 姜雯

I never thought I would love this drama so much, nothing like what I usually watch, best decision ever. Every episode was so we'll executed, the plot, the acting...I don't even have words to describe it <3

Loved this drama, every episode was a rollercoaster of emotions and always left me eagerly waiting for the weekend. Now that it's over I feel lost and in desperate need of finding something to fill this void. Will definitely rewatch it! <3

I wasn't expecting this ...When I saw his picture I automatically smiled and though it was about his new drama, then I read the title, I'm heartbroken this is so sad.

As I was forgetting how awful she was, but then I decided to read the books and my hate towards her came back ahah
