Definitely not underrated. Check his drama list. Not many actors have such a VERY LONG list as a MAIN MALE LEAD in Korean dramas as him. And YES he is very handsome and talented.

I've just started Who rules the world cdrama(and it's the 2nd cdrama i am watching) so I had a lot of questions…
I personally feel Wuxia, Xanxia, whatever, should not be analyzed, especially over analyzed.
It's a fantasy and you should just enjoy the ride.
