After reading the comments below I know a lot of ppl wanted Wang Churan as the FL but she is currently filming another historical drama w/ Li Hongyi so I don't think she'll able to take this role anyway but sadly I think all we can do is accept the results of the cast

All we know is that she rumored to do modern but honestly we have no clue yet she is still looking at different genre of scripts to see what kind of role fits for her, so far we don't have any updates from her studio until then all we can do is wait for more news

No not even close we won't expect this until 2025 after all this is a xianxia which will take a lot of time & effort for the production team to work on the CGI the only thing we can do until then is wait patiently

It depends on the production team once we get news it passes the review Tencent has to figure out what month & time slot they will fit into w/ other dramas that are currently airing, about to air or haven't aired yet

Whoever the actor/actress is here, I fully support wholeheartedly to which the production team decides to select will be THEIR final choice after all we don't make them since we are NOT the crew we are just the fans/audience watching their hard work come to life on screen I understand that everybody has the right & freedom to express their personal opinion whether they agree or disagree of who should or shouldn't be cast as the ML/FL but in the end it doesn't matter so we shall wait & see what the official announcements will be

As Beautiful As You already passed the review & Prisoner of Beauty are both rumored for March but the problem is we still haven't gotten any news/updates on Song Zuer's tax evasion & fraud case while her drama also hasn't got a distribution license either, at this point Tencent can be unpredictable when announcing what dramas will be released, unfortunately all we can do is wait for the official announcements as well as Zhao Liying's drama which hasn't even gotten a distribution license yet so they won't broadcast hers until it passes the review first

Just to clarify March 18th is a rumor it's not confirmed yet so please don't be confused when we get our hopes up & disappointed in the end when they constantly move the airing dates after all Tencent has to make the official announcements first that's why the link I posted has a melon from the beginning
