I'm not normally opposed to love triangles, but these lead duo are so special to watch that I hope the writers don't waste too much time on this love triangle.
First episode I thought the drama was about how the army is actually in Korea.Wait I'm still not sure is it or…
More or less. I think the series is a critique of how officers behave privately with those who are hierarchically below them and also seeks to address the motives that lead a soldier to defect.
I would like to watch a second season, but I don't think it will be for two things:
1) In the end, Ahn Joon Ho runs in the opposite direction to the platoon, implying that he has deserted.
2) The post credit scene shows Luffy strafing his unit. For me, this scene is a warning from the director to Korean society and the army, warning that if they don't change they will be closer to someone freaking out like that.
It's a mix of emotions. I don't know if I didn't like or if I liked the movie, but I liked the plot twist at the end and I hated Jang Hyuk. The way the script addresses the strain of a relationship was going well, but when it comes to the pregnancy part, then the film fell apart for me, the way Jang Hyuk demonstrates all his non-intention of having a child without first knowing what it was Da Eun's opinion on the matter disappointed and infuriated me too much. The couple's lack of conversation on the subject was probably the film's low point, but as I said before, I liked the plot twist. Knowing that Jang Hyuk wasn't the fat boy gave me a feeling of satisfaction with the ending.
I think there are two killers in the past (HH never used someone to lure a prey) & the episode 4 scene was suspicious.…
I think that if Choi Hong Joo knows that Sung Yo Han is the son of Han Seo Jun and she met Han Seo Jun as a child (in case there was only one killer in the past), then there is a possibility that she is spying on Sung Yo Han for the Han Seo Jun or she approached Sung Yo Han to see if he won't become a serial killer just like his father, because of the past.
I am so confused and reading some reviews from here helps me a little.
Some doubts that I have not read if you have already debated.
Choi Hong Joo is the child who attracts the girl at the bus stop to be murdered in the car in the first episode. So, in the past are two killers or did Choi Hong Joo meet Han Seo Jun as a child?
Someone else noticed, episode 4, that when they were at Jung Ba Reum's house, they talked about a heroic act that Jung Ba Reum and Na Chi Kook performed. And when Ba Reum was going to say that he recently found that boy they saved in the past, he is interrupted by Choi Hong Joo. Is the boy Sung Yo Han? Does Choi Hong Joo know that Sung Yo Han is Han Seo Jun's son? If you were a single killer in the past, did Choi Hong Joo approach Sung Yo Han at the behest of Han Seo Jun?
At first I thought Logan had faked Bae Ro Na's death to protect her and motivate Oh Yoon Hee to seek revenge. Now I think Joo Dan Tae stuck the piece of the shoe in Bae Ro Na's head at the concert and then turned off her breathing apparatus, and Bae Ro Na is really dead. Sad.
I was thinking the husband/doctor was bi, but after episode 13, it's looking more like he's gay and in denial…
@RamenKingAndI I still think it's 50/50 in relation to the doctor, maybe whoever is in denial is the chief who waited all these years for the doctor to break up with his wife and return to him.
Regarding the leading couple, I think they will break up and there will be a passage of time and then they will meet again and go back to dating, like Star-Up.
I watched in numerical order (23, 29, 35, 42), but I think the correct thing is (23, 42, 29, 35) or (23, 29, 42, 35).
Number 29: It was what I liked the most. The scriptwriters knew how to demonstrate the dilemmas of FL and I liked the way the writers developed the story.
Number 35: I liked it as much as I found some parts confusing. Halfway through the story, it implies that FL wants to get revenge on ML because of what happened in the past, but soon she falls in love with ML giving little time to this feeling of revenge.
Number 42: I thought it was boring, but by far it is the most real in demonstrating the obstacles and choices that a couple in their 40s goes through.
Number 23: I didn't like it. FL uses several excuses to betray (this is not polyamory) the three guys she is dating and still uses her best friend as an escape even though she knows he has feelings for her.
I liked the third episode more than the first two. I like the chemistry of the two Ban Ha Ni. Kim Young Kwang is one of my favorite actors I want to see how the romance between him and FL will go.
