I think William went through hell in his last relationship. I know people don't like him but when he talks, you can see how hurt he is and how hard it is for him to express himself and open up
The show should be just about queer people like bi and pan. Having straight people in the middle is just torture for the queer one and I don't think it's a good idea. Joy's situation made me so sad. It's already something queer people experience everyday so I don't see the point of doing it in the show too. If the show is about infinite possibilities, it should just have people who can date everyone. So I really hope Joy finds someone amazing who'll love her !!
So Sunny and Namnung have bee kissing each other for days in the bathroom but they keep on telling everyone they're not sure and still confused about Time. I don't really see it. Like come on ?? I feel the show tries to confused us watchers by creating situations and different pairs. Also, Time is obviously attracted to Tod but doesn't have the courage to do anything about it. He said it day 1 that he was interested in 3 people but decided to pursue only 2. And he also made quite a lot of flirty comments to Tod (who didn't know how to react and just smiled at him). But because the show is good, I don't know who's gonna choose who at the end And Sunny is messy as f*ck but we love her for that
I need people opinion because I'm pissed off with the fact that Way was a terrible best friend and for some reason, Chris being here doesn't disturb any of them. And Peter having all those "feelings" and sleeping with him is even more crazy in my opinion. Like why isn't the fact that Pete now loves Chris when he was so "in love" with Way months ago never a conversation ? ( I don't even want to talk about how I think all those deep "feelings" Pete has for Way are ridiculous, because he barely know the dude ! Come on 😭) Chris should have way more questions about Way and it should disturb their relationship at work and whatever arrangement they have now. Way was working with the enemy and planing on doing horrible things to Babe and ended up betraying everyone. Even Pete in some way. Not because he "loved" Babe or something but because he was selfish. And I think this season would have gain a lot from exploring all of that.
Not really good... It's sad because they had really good actors but the story doesn't give them anything to do. Everything is predictable and there isn't a lot of "real emotions" in the movie. There is no tension and you don't understand the characters like why they do what they do (outside of wanting out of North Korea ofc). They could have done better and I'm even asking myself if they didn't cut a lot of scenes for the final cut of the movie... Maybe it was supposed to be longer. You can wath it but you'll forget about it quickly... 5/10...
Watched it with my mom and we had the same opinion. It's not huge garbage BUT it's far from being a masterpiece. The acting is good but the story is really really realllyyyyy lacking. If you start thinking ( just a bit not even too much) you'll start noticing that there is a lot of things that just don't make sense. Like the story of the owner of the house. Why is he making those dumb decisions ? Who knows ? You just released that some characters have to make some choices and act dumb so the plot can move forward because the writers didn't find any smart solution to their problems. So I will say it's still interesting to watch if you want to pass time but it's far from being soooo deep or smart like some people make it to be. It's a 6/10 for me !
I feel like another reason people do not like it is because they do not like the main couple's dynamics. It is…
It's been like 3 episodes so I think they still have the time to develop Charlies character. He is supposed to be a mystery for us, and for the other characters too. Way said he couldn't find anything about him, we don't know if he loves Babe or not, nobody know or really undertand him. I really thing it's on purpose but if it's still the case in 4 or 5 episodes, i'll agree with you
Enjoyable and funny but far from a masterpiece ! There are a lot of good stuff like the acting, the messiness or people theories so I enjoyed myself. But we need to talk about the sl*t shaming in this story. You cannot sell your story as really sexy, explicit and progressive and then have all characters who don't want to be in a relationship and just want to enjoy s*x be the bad guy in your story, they're just bad to be bad, no background, no reasons for their actions. They are just sl*t because life I guess (Boston best example). For me, it's really problematic. That's being said, almost all characters don't really make sense too, they act to make the plot move forward : - Mew calling Boston before having s*x with Top when they don't seem to be that close - Nick putting the listening device in Boston car before the party for no reason - Ray having a breakdown in front of everyone after telling the truth to Mew - Mew hitting Ray in the face after the breakdown even if he does the truth - Daddy Dan character just came and disappeared - Boieng character same - the token lesbien duo - the r*pe accusation plot.... And it's just what came out of the top of my head. Now, the relationships and characters ! - Mew and Top were really boring for me sorry, I don't like the virgin who's gonna change the bad boy from his bad habits because he's just soooo perfect. Not my cup of tea I guess. And I didn't like their characters as individuals too. I just remembered that Top used to take dr*gs and stopped thanks to the power of love ! With no consequenses - Ray and Sand were cute but Ray did a lot of f*cked up things. Not respecting Sand boundaries and all of it being played as if it was funny just doesn't sit right for me. (The scene were Ray interupted Nick and Sand vacations after Sand told him not to come...) Or Ray calling Sand a bunch of names when he's mad and never really apologised for it either. Like there is nothing cute about this relationship if you think about it. They could have shown us the impact of that kind of codependancy but no. I'm happy they take Ray alcoholism kinda seriously even if he's pretty clean, his friends drink next to him as if he was not an addict, no discomfort... It could have been really interesting to also see the burning for Sand, being the only reason for someone sobriety is not easy. - Nick and Boston were cute, I really liked them at first but they didn't get enough screentime in my opinion. It could have been really interesting to see their characters and the reason behind their actions. But I think the writer's opinions really shaped their story, especially for Boston. And I'll finish by saying that if you don't know how to write about serious topics like addiction, abusive relationship, r*pe accusations, you SHOULDN'T ! But yes, It was an entertaining show ! So watch it if you want to have fun ;)
From the bottom of my heart, I hate these ridiculous dramatic edits, they get me so mad. Why can’t there be…
The thing that I found weird is the fact that some group/person are not "victim" of this evil edit. It make me think that the dancers actually like the drama and think what they're saying...
Mew had to play the outraged boyfriend in order to keep Top ignorant until the big reveal. Not sure if he meant…
But Ray still hurt everyone around him aka Sand, the lesbian couple and Nick for no reason. AND he also decided to drive under the influence which put his life in danger (as we saw on the preview). So if I follow you, Mew is worth than the Devil for me, willing to put his friends life in danger just to get a little revenge
I was thinking earlier that Mew and Ray planned the big Exposée, I made an earlier comment about it below, I…
And don't forget : having a huge fight with Sand and going home by drinving under the influence. I mean I get why Mew would want to keep it a secret (playing the audio during the sexy scene was chef's kiss) but damn if the plan was to put Ray's life in danger and destroy his relationship with everyone it's a bit too much for me XD
And Sunny is messy as f*ck but we love her for that
You can wath it but you'll forget about it quickly... 5/10...
