Not really everyone knows except Dowager mama "Te Hwan's mother" who is not really a threat. The consequences wouldn't fall on Nyang but Tansari for making a fake "crown prince". Also everyone knows that sung nyang was a palace maid and it's not destroying her reputation. I feel like Sung Nyang will also bear a child for Te hwan to have a real crown prince. Her first child will actually be Korea's crown prince because that is Wang yu's baby.
