Im shocked at the low rating, because I really enjoyed this drama a lot. I loved the character developments, the relationships, I really enjoyed it and will definitely watch it again. I'm gonna miss them a lot ㅠㅠㅠ
I'm going on a rant, but I think it was very unfair of jeongha to ask him are you happy now you have everything you wanted. In the situation and at that moment she didn't need to make him feel bad especially because she was the one who called HH 1st and didnt call HJ. I'm very annoyed with her she acts like she's done so much for this relationship while we really havent seen that
Jeongha is very annoying, she says these annoying quotes, justifying her actions, she makes no sense. Mentioning to the manager that "this was the reason I didn't wanna date" like girl what? Talk to your boyfriend ffs. Their relationship has zero depth, they spend 5 mins each episode together not communicating properly.
Also in this episode they showed more of HJ and HH's childhood relationship, which in return makes HH an even shittier best friend for actively chasing JH.
My sister while watching the episode, "it's like they used all their budgets to pay the actors and the signers of the OSTs that they had no money left to pay the screenwiter" seriously nothing substantial is happening for like the past 4 episode. We barely get a scene with the main leads together
I think the whole storyline of ML being 'dead' is dumb, and the end of ep 4, they do like a 'grand reveal' for the audience like oh look he's alive. No one thought he was actually dead
The problem with editing and story telling is that now we're 4 episodes in and I am not invested in the characters, because their stories were all over the place, and I dont know enough about the ML, after 4 long episodes (1hour+). I'm gonna watch it because I think It'll get better.
I'm halfway through the 2nd episode. I'm actually really enjoying it and I'm okay with the pacing, only missed GKP in the first episode. It has potential to be very good , looking forward to it
I just hate how they go back in time on the beginning of every episode.
I think episode 10 took it too far back, because at some point HH mom was saying HJ is not a big deal, but I was like didnt he just win an award, I've forgotten that the whole episode basically was a flashback
Just caught up to episode 10, I find it unrealistic that Jeongha didnt try to contact him more and at least send him a text or something to congratulate him on his win, or send a voice message. The timeline of the show started in 2018 and now we're upto 2020, these two have been dating for more than a year, so their relationship should be deeper.
I was more into the first half than the second half to be honest, the story started to lose me towards the end and i think the story itself really deserves a season 2, because we are left with so many questions
Also in this episode they showed more of HJ and HH's childhood relationship, which in return makes HH an even shittier best friend for actively chasing JH.

1. He started chasing a girl that his bestfriend clearly was interested in
2. He still chases the girl even though he knows she's his bestfriend's gf
3. Just like Jinu said, he can't handle falling behind HJ, which makes him a shitty bestfriend
I really can't handle both of them.
