Sorry to disappoint you.But what to watch and what not to watch is personal choice.People not liking this series but watching is also a part of their choice.I can't convince you because this is not the first time a series is not living upto the expectations.Likewise you can't convince me that this is cute and fluffy right now.Lets wait for the series to complete. If you are trying to defend the actor,I understand you.But about the series(till ep 8), I'll stand by my opinion. We can agree to disagree.

I don't ship anyone.Neither ttts couple not any other couple.I was talking about mew's acting in ttts and I liked his acting.I don't comment on anyone's personal life or issues. The 'can't look at their faces' comment in not because I hate them ,it's because I felt embarassed for them.I can't find that chemistry between any characters. If you find that chemistry,it's good, enjoy the show.I did mention that ,if you like this ,our tastes are just different.pls don't assume that everyone is commenting negatives because they are all toxic shippers. There are people who can see them as characters. But if anyone ask my opinion I will say that this is a train wreck but I'll still watch this.
This is cringefest.I was fixated on subtitle panel bcoz I can't even bear looking at their faces. But I'm still watching to know how far will they take it.... And people who liked it ,I want to say our tastes are very different.Maybe because I saw mew in tharntype and here the chemistry is zero.
The actors who portrayed Yori and Minato had done an amazing job. Mother, Teacher and Principal were perfect casting.…
Thank you for your POV.I know other reasons to prove that it was a sad ending like my previous comments. Its heartbreaking to interpret that the last scene was just a figment of imagination. But the catch is while they ran past the light there is no sign of a rain or hurricane that day or previous day.The major reason is the railway tracks itself. When they first visit the train there was a gate and Yori's says 'end of the line'.Its not there at the end.To negate myself I kept thinking the hurricane must have toppled the gate and electric posts and next day was a scorching hot sunny day which made everything dry . But still I want to believe that it's happy ending. Also everyone is overthinking.I read somewhere (I don't remember where, it was about director's interview)this was supposed to be a definite happy ending .But screenplay and editing leave the choice to audience with a pessimistic possibility. This is the power of the open ending.Constantly rethinking the alternatives just for the sake of our peace. What would have happened if they explicitly showed a sad or happy ending? This way the movie is way powerful.
This is not what we call step by step. This was a flight of half or quarter steps in the beginning and a giant leap skipping a few steps.I abandoned plans to re-watch and watched the edits in YouTube(Only for Man).

It's one of those masterpieces which leaves a mark for long time and make us uncomfortable. Its poignantly beautiful.Definitely…
Maybe people going through any kind of difficulty can relate to these characters. That's why they can relate to this..EVERYONE IS BROKEN IN A WAY OR ANOTHER...

Maybe the last scene of them escaping and enjoying is Yori's perspective of a better life. You see it's an open ending and interpretations are different. So I want to believe they are alive and well and Yori's perspective is actually in the movie..but that is also heartbreaking because his perspective tends to be unrealistic and cheerful. This is definitely going to stay in my head for a long time.

Day Amano Haruko(Amachan's mother )eloped to Tokyo.
